Refund policy

We hope what you ordered feels right the moment you open it. If it doesn't, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

How to start a return
Email support@siberiaspirit.com with your order number and let us know what would help: an exchange, a replacement, or a refund. We'll send you a return shipping label — free, always. Tuck a note with your order number into the package, and that's all — no forms to print.

If something's wrong with the item
A manufacturing defect, damage on the way to you, or the wrong item in the box — that one's on us, and we'll refund your original shipping too. Send a photo when you contact us and we'll take care of it.

If it's simply not right for you
It happens, and there are no hard feelings. We just ask that items come back unworn and unwashed.

We'll exchange it for anything of equal or lesser value, or refund you. Return shipping is free; the original shipping you paid isn't refunded.

About natural variation
Due to the nature of natural fibers, small differences in stitching, color and pattern are normal from pair to pair — it's part of what makes yours yours, not a defect. If a variation affects how the item wears, tell us and we'll treat it as one.

Timing
Once your return reaches us, refunds are processed within 10–15 business days, back to the original payment method.
