Where we ship
We ship anywhere in the United States, and to most of the world — Canada, Europe and Asia included.

Shipping within the US
Standard shipping is $6, and it's free on orders of $60 or more. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days.

If you need something sooner, faster options are waiting at checkout — USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. The carrier prices those live, so you'll see the cost before you pay.

Shipping outside the US
Rates for Canada and the rest of the world are calculated at checkout by USPS, UPS or DHL Express, based on where you are and what's in your order. One thing worth knowing: any customs duties or import taxes your country charges aren't included in what you pay us — those are collected separately when your parcel arrives.

When your order goes out
We pack and ship Monday through Friday, usually within 3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend go out on Monday. If something unexpected slows us down, we'll email you rather than leave you wondering.

Tracking
You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. If it hasn't turned up when you expected it, contact us at support@siberiaspirit.com and we'll chase it down.
